Improvement at Treatment Termination Overall Rank: 44
The proportion of persons served who are rated by an observer (e.g. family, clinician) as better, worse or unchanged at the termination of treatment compared to the initiation of treatment.
Changes to or the characteristics of the health status of an individual which may lead to distress, interference with daily activities, or contact with health services. This also includes symptom severity.
Rationale
Well being. Persons served experience an improvement in health and psychological well-being as a result of treatment.
