  • Electronic health records should be utilized so that duplication and use of staff time to "re-ask" questions is minimized.There should be access to a common health record (or database) that can be accessed by multiple providers.
  • Single entry point - experience has shown that while "single entry point" is fine in theory, you need some "back doors" such as NGO's to allow persons to feel comfortable enough to enter.
  • Problematic - can get stuck with diagnosis given by a single provider that is tainted, unfair, biased, etc.
  • There should be no "wrong door"
