  • PHC settings for this measure should include schools, youth centres and other community settings where there are public health workers (nurse, social worker, psychologists) who treat/manage mental health issues
  • These specialist staff should have a variety of professional backgrounds/skills e.g. behavioural consultants, behavioural therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists
  • There is scarcity of such in-person, in-office resources. Telehealth and external mentorship groups is more realistic.
