Rationale
This measure is intended to assess the distribution of service provision between collaborative care and other modes of service delivery. Experts suggest that 20 percent of specialist service provision occur in collaborative care settings. The measure is intended to be used in situations where a new collaborative program is being implemented or an existing program is being evaluated.
